Green Chili Egg Bake

Eggs, ham or Canadian bacon, green chili, drizzled with spicy Chiltepin sauce, coupled with avocado, and topped with microgreens (pea shown).

Cabbage Slaw Salad

Dressed with sunflower and salad mix microgreens then topped with sunflower seeds and olive oil or vinaigrette of choice.

Bacon, baby tomatoes, mayonnaise, and a hefty amount of arugula microgreens.

Smoked Salmon

Radish and mustard microgreens chopped fine atop smoked salmon, cream cheese, lemon-olive oil drizzle, and balsamic reduction eaten on seedy crackers.

Sunflower Smoothie

Milk (whatever kind you like), fruit (blueberries shown), vanilla protein powder, and a healthy handful of sunflower microgreens.

Roast Beef Sandwich

Roast beef on bread of choice with tomatoes, Swish or Provolone cheese, with a hearty amount of mustard and/or radish microgreens (for a horseradish taste).

Superfood Pizza

Any type of pizza slice goes from casual to creative. These three are dressed with salad mix microgreens and drizzled with fig balsamic.

Pesto made with sunflower microgreens, olive oil, fresh garlic, and sea salt in a food processor.

All topped off with fresh grated Parmesan.

Fresh Asian Bowl

Grilled teriyaki chicken over a bed of microgreens, brown rice pilaf, and sliced cucumbers with spicy sriracha drizzle.
